The SWIFT PARROT (lathamus discolor) CRITICALLY ENDANGERED due to severe deforestation including 23% of habitat recently logged in Tasmania. These beautiful birds breed in Tasmania in summer, migrate to South Eastern mainland in winter and feed off Blue Gum Eucalyptus blossoms.
